You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or in a way that harms others, our systems, or the integrity of races and leaderboards (including cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, or manipulating timing or submissions).
• Upload or publish tracks or other content that infringes others' rights, contains unlawful or excessively offensive material, or violates our reasonable content expectations for a racing community.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or rate limits, except as allowed by applicable law.

You represent that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may enforce these rules by removing content, restricting features, or terminating accounts as described below.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content we provide (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
